But you have the little man, and that complicates matters, doesn't it?

I've heard of men taking the woman's name, but that seems to just be part of the same problem, just turned on its head. I call my husband MrFCS just for the irony of him being defined by me in a world where we're so often defined by our husbands.

Oh, and that reminds me, it utterly infuriates me to be called Mrs. HisFirstName HisLastName. Way to completely eliminate me. I hate hate hate that. I just got a family reunion invitation from my own family addressing me that way. ARGH.Lunahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06068882913386501048noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6067817219216094782.post-12078189402481543352011-06-03T10:29:22.240-07:002011-06-03T10:29:22.240-07:00i know of two men (friends of friends) who took th...i know of two men (friends of friends) who took their female spouse's last name when they got married. and i'd imagine they were heckled over it. frankly? i wish i could go back to my old name, since my new one is constantly mispronounced.babyalligatornoreply@blogger.com
